스마트 문서 스캐너(Smart Scan AI, 이하 "본 앱")는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 개인정보처리방침은 본 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떻게 처리하는지를 설명합니다. 본 앱은 광고 식별자를 제외한 어떠한 개인정보도 수집·전송하지 않으며, 스캔한 문서와 인식한 텍스트는 모두 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다.
본 앱은 로그인을 사용하지 않으므로 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 개인을 직접 식별할 수 있는 정보는 일절 수집하지 않습니다.
본 앱이 생성하는 모든 스캔 이미지와 인식된 텍스트는 오직 이용자의 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다. 개발자가 운영하는 서버나 외부 클라우드로 전송되지 않습니다. 이용자가 직접 PDF/TXT로 내보내거나 공유하기 기능을 사용하는 경우에 한해, 이용자가 시스템 파일 선택기(SAF) 또는 공유 시트를 통해 직접 선택한 위치·앱(메일, 메신저, 저장소 등)으로만 파일이 저장·전달됩니다. 이 과정은 전적으로 이용자의 조작과 선택에 따라 이루어집니다.
문자 인식(OCR)은 Google ML Kit의 한국어·라틴 문자 인식 모델을 이용한 온디바이스(기기 내) 처리로 수행됩니다. 인식 과정은 오프라인에서 동작하며, 스캔 이미지가 인식을 위해 외부 서버로 업로드되지 않습니다.
본 앱은 로그인이나 회원가입을 요구하지 않으며, 이름·이메일· 전화번호 등 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 또한 개발자는 이용자 데이터를 저장·처리하는 별도의 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.
본 앱은 무료 제공을 위해 Google AdMob 광고(배너 및 전면 광고)를 표시합니다. AdMob은 맞춤형 광고 제공을 위해 광고 식별자 등의 데이터를 수집·이용할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google의 개인정보처리방침 및 AdMob 데이터 정책을 참고하시기 바랍니다.
앱 내에서 저장된 문서를 삭제하면 해당 텍스트와 페이지 이미지가 기기에서 삭제됩니다. 앱을 삭제(제거)하면 앱이 저장한 모든 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다.
본 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
본 방침은 법령 또는 서비스 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.

Smart Scan AI (the "App") values your privacy and complies with applicable law. This privacy policy explains what information the App handles and how. Apart from the advertising identifier, the App collects and transmits no personal information, and the documents you scan and the text it recognizes are stored only inside your device.
The App has no login, so it never collects information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email or phone number.
Every scanned image and every piece of recognized text the App produces is stored only inside your device. It is never transmitted to a server run by the developer or to any external cloud. Only when you yourself export to PDF/TXT or use the share feature is a file saved or sent — and then only to the location or app (mail, messenger, storage, etc.) you pick through the system file picker (SAF) or share sheet. That process happens entirely under your control.
Text recognition (OCR) runs on the device using Google ML Kit's Korean and Latin script recognition models. Recognition works offline, and scanned images are never uploaded to an external server for recognition.
The App requires no login or sign-up and collects no information that identifies you, such as your name, email or phone number. The developer also operates no server that stores or processes user data.
To stay free, the App displays Google AdMob ads (banner and interstitial). AdMob may collect and use data such as the advertising identifier in order to serve personalized ads. For details see Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob data policy.
Deleting a saved document inside the App removes its text and page images from the device. Uninstalling the App deletes all of the data it stored.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
This policy may be amended as law or the service changes, and any change will be announced on this page.
